PROFASCIA massage oils are particularly suitable for relaxing massages or rubs, e.g. after sporting activities or physical strain/exertion. The special composition of various natural oils makes PROFASCIA massage oil so special, it is nourishing and at the same time functional due to its ‘grip’. Yes, most of our products are suitable for all skin types. Please note that the Day / Night care creams are not suitable for children due to the hyaluronic acid they contain. Further information can be found with the respective product.

The expiry date can be found at the bottom of each product.

Products without a printed expiry date have a shelf life of at least 36 months if unopened.

Please follow the instructions on the packaging / product – recognisable by the cosmetic jar symbol. Here you will find the expiry time after opening.

Before using the airless dispenser for the first time, the pump head must be pressed several times until some of the product comes out.

The ideal storage temperature for REPAIR BALSAM is 18°C to 25°C. The consistency of the balm may change depending on the temperature. Above 25°C, the balm may become more fluid. If the temperature is too low (below 18°C), the balm will become too solid.

You can gently warm the dispenser in your hands and the balm should become more liquid again. If this does not help, hold the dispenser with the lid closed under warm running water for 30 seconds to liquefy the balm again. Then hold the dispenser upright and press the pump head (can be up to 20 times) until some of the product comes out.

We normally dispatch your parcel as quickly as possible, usually within 2 working days* at the latest. Sometimes it is faster and the product is dispatched on the same day.
