The airless dispenser must be operated several times before first use until some of the product comes out.
The ideal storage temperature for Repair Balsam is 18°C to 25°C.
The consistency of the balm may change depending on the temperature.
Above 25°C, the balm may become more liquid.
If the temperature is too low (below 18°C), the balm will become too solid.
You can warm the dispenser slightly in your hands and the balm should become more liquid again.
