The body and massage oil is suitable for many skin types*.

Select the desired massage oil. Warm it up slightly by placing the bottle in warm water or rubbing it in your hands. If necessary, place a towel under the area to be massaged to avoid any stains. Apply a small amount of the massage oil to your hands and spread it evenly over the skin. Start with gentle movements and massage the skin with circular or stroking movements. Adjust the pressure and speed to suit your needs. Concentrate particularly on tense muscles and knots. End the massage with gentle stroking movements to promote relaxation. After the massage, excess massage oil can be left on the skin to develop its skin-caring properties. If necessary, you can also wipe off with a dry towel. Store the massage oil in a cool and dark place afterwards to ensure its shelf life.

Notes: In general, slight variations in color, odor and consistency are possible, as mainly natural ingredients are used.
May cause stains on clothing.

*For very sensitive skin or intolerance to the ingredients, please use Prosalban skin care oil.
